Refund Policy

At TrynTrend, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be in like-new condition (no excessive signs of wear or damage)

  • All product types are eligible for return

  • Please contact us before sending back your item

💸 Return Shipping

  • We cover up to $10 CAD of the return shipping cost

  • Any amount over $10 must be paid by the customer

  • If the product is damaged or defective, we will cover 100% of the return shipping cost

💳 Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • You’ll be notified via email once your refund is processed

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Please provide photo or video proof

  • We will offer either a full refund or a free replacement, based on your preference

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase

  • After 1 hour, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled

⏱️ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at customer.support@tryntrend.com
